Artist's Description

It's Chicago on the street winter parking scene. For those that do not know after a snow storm of say 8 or more inches in Chicago. You clear out your own parking spot. Then you put stuff out to claim it yours. If someone else parks there. Well then, shouting matches, fist fights and/or car vandalism is likely to occur. As far as i know Chicago is the only place in the world where people stake claim to there parking spot on a public street.
